You need to have a time punch system like this! $200 new, how about $100.00? The subscription is $28/month and you can put your account on hold over the off season for your hourly team. Biometric or use a four code punch in/out. So many settings to save time and money with the grace period settings.
I am now on the clubhouse time punch system with my grounds staff and an iPad so needed to pass this system on to you, it's really nice. The software updates are free and automatic.
