Long Range Master Planning are a club’s road map into the future and are especially helpful to the golf course superintendent. They can be implemented quickly or phased over a number of years. In the Master Planning Process, the collaboration between the golf course superintendent and the golf course architect is crucial to best ensure the project’s overall success. - Washtenaw Golf Club (1899 Hebert Way) located in Ypsilanti, MI (Mark Pappas, golf course superintendent).
- Ongoing restoration restoring original green and fairway edges.

- Ongoing restoration / renovation.
- White Lake Golf Club (1916 Tom Bendelow) located in Whitehall, MI (Dylan Barry, golf course superintendent).

- New hole 3 and hole 4 renovation construction.
- The Cardinal at the Saint John’s Resort located in Plymouth, MI (Kevin Peck, golf course superintendent).
- New 18 hole championship course, 7 hole par 3 course, 2 acre putting course and 2 acre short game practice area construction.
